With more than two decades of Human Resource experience, Linette Heatherly has worked with such organizations such as United Airlines, Federal Reserve Bank and the Chicago Board of Education. Her skills in recruiting, selection, training, evaluation and performance appraisal are among her areas of expertise. She could assist any organization in their talent management, empowerment, or diversity initiatives.
Two highlights of Heatherly’s career: (1) Her research on employee theft was showcased on the front page of The Wall Street Journal and (2) Her evaluation work on United Airlines’ Welfare-Back-To-Work initiative (a mentoring program for welfare recipients to join the workforce) was cited by President Bill Clinton.
Heatherly is also known for her research on gender differences in the workplace. She has authored articles in journal and presented at conferences.
